That, in the opinion of the House, the government should enact a regulation pursuant to paragraph 53(1)(b) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, establishing an investment policy for the Canada Pension Plan prohibiting investments in the tobacco industry and requiring the Canada Pension Plan to divest itself of existing tobacco holdings.
