M-404 Canada Elections Act

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the Canada Elections Act should be amended so as to require that a candidate receive the endorsement of his or her party's local Electoral District Association, and so as not to require any longer that a candidate be approved by the leader of his or her party.
