In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, March 19, 1998, your Committee has considered Bill C-15, An Act to amend the Canada Shipping Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts, and agreed on Tuesday, March 31, 1998, to report it with the following amendments: |
