M-342 Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should take all steps necessary to require banks to participate in the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments dispute resolution mechanism and to ensure that the Ombudsman’s rulings are legally binding.
