M-429 Nunavut inclusion resolution

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, sections 30 and 32 of the Constitution Act 1982, Schedule B, part 1, the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, should be amended to include a reference to Nunavut equal to and in all references made to Canada’s territories specifically wherever the Yukon Territory and the Northwest Territories are referred to.
