Pursuant to the order of reference of Friday, November 25, 2022, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-20, An Act establishing the Public Complaints and Review Commission and amending certain Acts and statutory instruments.

The Minister made a statement and answered questions.

At 5:18 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:23 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Bryan Larkin, Alfredo Bangloy and Randall Koops answered questions.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed supplementary budget in the amount of $2,000.00, for the study of Bill C-21, An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms), be adopted.

At 5:54 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
