Notice of Motion

Kyle Seeback gave notice of the following motion:

That Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada be ordered to send to the committee the redacted copy of Strategic Innovation Fund Agreement No. 813-816251 and Amendment Agreements No. 1 and No. 2, without any conditions or confidentiality requirements, within 24 hours of receiving this request from the committee.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

By unanimous consent, on motion of Jenna Sudds, it was agreed, — That, with regard to communications related to the redactions made to contracts for which the committee ordered the production of a copy on Monday, October 20, 2025, the committee re-invite representatives of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada to appear before the committee on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, for one hour.
