| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Monday, October 4, 2010, your Committee has considered Bill C-22, An Act respecting the mandatory reporting of Internet child pornography by persons who provide an Internet service, and agreed on Thursday, October 21, 2010 to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du lundi 4 octobre 2010, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-22, Loi concernant la déclaration obligatoire de la pornographie juvénile sur Internet par les personnes qui fournissent des services Internet, et a convenu le jeudi 21 octobre 2010, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-22, in Clause 2, be amended by replacing, in the English version, lines 1 and 2 on page 2 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-22, à l'article 2, soit modifié par substitution, dans la version anglaise, aux lignes 1 et 2, page 2, de ce qui suit : |
““Internet Service” means a service providing Internet access, Internet content hosting or electronic mail.” | « “Internet Service” means a service providing Internet access, Internet content hosting or electronic mail. » |
