M-195 Employment Insurance for farmers

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should calculate Employment Insurance eligibility and benefit payments using net farm income amounts rather than gross farm income amounts for farmers who pay into the Employment Insurance program through off-farm employment.
