M-358 Pesticides

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should: (a) recognize the growing body of scientific evidence linking neonicotinoid pesticide use to decline in populations of honey bees and other pollinators, including recent findings by Dr. Jeffrey Pettis of the United States Department of Agriculture; and (b) impose a ban on the use of this group of systemic pesticides everywhere in Canada.
