With regard to the file opened by the Navigation Protection Program following a complaint filed on August 6, 2025, concerning navigation risks in the vicinity of the wharf at the former Spar Mica mine located east of the municipality of Baie-Johan-Beetz: (a) what specific steps have been taken with the owner of the wharf (1222150 B.C.
