M-391 Seating plan

That the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs be instructed to recommend changes to the Standing Orders and other conventions governing the seating plan of the House so as to establish a new seating plan assignment based on randomized seating by Member, assigned at the beginning of each session of Parliament; and that the Committee report its findings to the House, with proposed changes to the Standing Orders and other conventions, within six months of the adoption of this order.
