M-27 Funding for transit infrastructure projects

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the federal government should provide funding for 40% of the cost of all major transit infrastructure projects across Canada and create permanent stable mechanisms to provide predicable long-term funding streams to meet this objective.
