M-174 Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should put forward legislation to amend the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act so as to provide a measure of financial security and stability for Canadians collecting long-term disability benefits from a company that becomes insolvent.
