With regard to the Canadian Armed Forces: (a) since December 5, 2022, how many permanent residents have been enrolled by the Canadian Armed Forces, broken down by (i) Regular Force, (ii) Reserve Force, and further broken down by year and by quarter; (b) what Military Occupational Structure Identifications are non-citizens permitted to serve in; (c) what is the number of permanent residents currently serving, broken down by (i) Military Occupational Structure Identification, (ii) rank; (d) of the permanent residents enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces since December 5, 2022, how many have left the Canadian Armed Forces, broken down by (i) Regular Force, (ii) Reserve Force; (e) since December 5, 2022, how many permanent residents enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces have become Canadian citizens; and (f) how many permanent residents enrolled in the Canadian Armed Forces since December 5, 2022, are citizens of countries other than North Atlantic Treaty Organization member countries?

With regard to Transport Canada and the Kelowna International Airport: (a) what are Transport Canada's minimum required staffing levels for the Kelowna International Airport, broken down by role and certification requirement, including aircraft rescue and fire fighting, air traffic services, and airport operational requirement; (b) does Transport Canada receive regular reports on the staffing levels at the airport, and, if so, what were the recorded staffing levels at the airport, broken down by role and by month since January 1, 2022; (c) has Transport Canada received any reports of the airport operating below the mandated minimum staffing levels, and, if so, what are the details of the reports, including, for each instance, (i) the date and duration of the shortage, (ii) which roles were understaffed and by how much, (iii) whether any exemptions or temporary mitigations were approved, and, if so, by whom; (d) has Transport Canada received any risk assessments or safety management system reports in relation to staffing shortages at the airport since January 1, 2022, and, if so, (i) on what dates were they completed, (ii) what hazards were identified, (iii) what risk levels were assigned, (iv) what mitigation measures were recommended, (v) which mitigation measures were implemented, and when; (e) is Transport Canada aware of a Notice to Airmen, operational restrictions, or reductions in emergency response category being issued as a direct result of staffing shortages at the airport, and, if so, what are the details, including the date and summaries of each; (f) has Transport Canada conducted any inspections, audits, or enforcement actions related to staffing shortages at the airport since January 1, 2022, and, if so, what were the (i) dates of each action, (ii) findings, (iii) corrective action plans required, (iv) dates on which corrective actions were completed; (g) what are the details of all communication sent from or received by Transport Canada related to the Kelowna International Airport since January 1, 2022, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) sender, (iii) recipient, (iv) type of document, (v) title, (vi) summary of the contents, (vii) internal tracking or file number; (h) what federal funding, if any, has been provided or offered to address staffing shortages at the Kelowna International Airport, since January 1, 2022, and what was each payment for; and (i) what are the government's plan and timeline to restore the airport to fully compliant and safe staffing levels?

With regard to funding through the Build Canada Homes program to non-profit organizations: (a) since its inception, has the program been open to non-profit organizations; (b) is the program currently open to non-profit organizations, including those in smaller communities; (c) who is responsible for making funding decisions regarding applications from non-profit organizations; (d) which non-profit organizations have received funding to date, including, for each, the (i) name of the organization, (ii) amount provided, (iii) location, (iv) project description; (e) what are the details of the non-profit grant component of this fund, including the amount of funding available and the criteria; and (f) once a non-profit has submitted the required paperwork, (i) what is the timeframe to receive confirmation of approval, (ii) how long does it take after approval to access the allocated funding?

With regard to the Vernon Cadet Training Centre location and the former Canadian Forces Base Chilliwack location, and broken down by each location: (a) since 2015, what are the details of any buildings or land which have been sold from each location, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) sale price, (iii) detailed description of what was sold, (iv) buyer, (v) reason for the sale; (b) what are the government's future plans for each of the locations; and (c) what are the details of any buildings or land which have been repurposed or otherwise altered on each of the locations since 2015, including, for each instance, the (i) date, (ii) description of what was done, (iii) reason, (iv) estimated cost?

With regard to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency's action and cull on the ostrich farm in Edgewood, British Columbia: (a) as of December 9, 2025, what are the expenditures incurred by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency related to the farm, in total and broken down by type of expense; (b) what is the itemized breakdown of the expenses in (a); (c) what are the expenditures to date incurred by the Department of Justice related to any action taken related to the farm, in total and broken down by type of expense; (d) what is the itemized breakdown of the expenses in (c); (e) what are the expenditures to date incurred by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police related to any action or operation taken related to the farm, in total and broken down by type of expense; (f) what is the itemized breakdown of the expenses in (e); and (g) were there any government expenses related to the farm which were not included in the responses in (a) through (f), and, if so, what are the details, including the amounts of each expense?

With regard to the Defence Investment Agency under Public Services and Procurement Canada: what projects are currently being managed by the Defence Investment Agency, broken down by (i) air, (ii) land, (iii) sea, (iv) space, (v) cyber, (vi) emerging technologies, (vii) training and simulation, (viii) surveillance and reconnaissance, (ix) command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C41), (x) joint support and sustainment, (xi) missiles, rockets, ammunition and other munitions, (xii) personal equipment and protection systems, (xiii) real property?

With regard to the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces: (a) which projects are being considered to fulfill the North Atlantic Treaty Organization 2025 Hague summit agreement to spend 1.5% of gross domestic product annually on defence to protect; and (b) of the projects in (a), which ones are (i) for critical infrastructure, (ii) for defence networks, (iii) to ensure civil preparedness and resilience, (iv) to innovate and strengthen the defence industrial base?

With regard to the cases of suspected invoicing fraud by information technology subcontractors that have been submitted for investigation to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other law enforcement agencies, as referenced in the government response to Order Paper Question Q-105: (a) what are the details of all contracts and payments made to the companies and subcontractors involved in these cases since January 1, 2016, including, for each, (i) the name of the company or subcontractor, (ii) the total amount paid by the government, (iii) the specific government department or agency that made the payments, (iv) a summary description of the goods or services provided, (v) the file number associated with the contract or payment; (b) what is the total value of the funds involved in the suspected fraud for each of the six cases submitted to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police; and (c) what is the total value of the funds involved in the nine cases submitted to Public Services and Procurement Canada?

With regard to the Minister of Public Safety: (a) on what date did the minister complete the Canadian Firearms Safety Course; and (b) if the minister has not yet completed the Canadian Firearms Safety Course, has he signed up to take the course, and, if not, why not?

With regard to federal procurement: (a) how many cases of suspected invoicing fraud by Information Technology subcontractors have been submitted to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police or any other law enforcement agency for investigation, since May 2024; and (b) for the cases in (a), which departments are involved?

With regard to the grants for Capacity Building under the Growing Canada’s Forests 2 Billion Trees initiative, as mentioned in the Main Estimates, 2025-26, since its inception: (a) how many trees have been planted to date, broken down by (i) province or territory, (ii) year; (b) what is the total amount of funding allocated and spent on the initiative to date, broken down by fiscal year; and (c) for each recipient of the grant money, what are the details, including, for each, the (i) name of the recipient, (ii) type of recipient (e.g., company, non‑profit organization, government entity), (iii) amount received, (iv) location, (v) number of trees expected to be planted, (vi) location where the trees are expected to be planted?
