With regard to the Prime Minister's launch of Build Canada Homes, in Nepean, on September 14, 2025: (a) what are all costs (i) incurred to date, (ii) expected to be incurred, related to the event, in total and broken down by type of expense; (b) what are the details of all contracts related to the event, including the (i) date, (ii) vendor, (iii) amount, (iv) manner in which the contract was awarded (competitive bid or sole-sourced); and (c) what is the cost, or projected cost, of (i) building the show homes used in the announcement, (ii) transporting the show homes to the site of the announcement, (iii) disassembling and removing the show homes after the announcement?

With regard to funding through the Build Canada Homes program to non-profit organizations: (a) since its inception, has the program been open to non-profit organizations; (b) is the program currently open to non-profit organizations, including those in smaller communities; (c) who is responsible for making funding decisions regarding applications from non-profit organizations; (d) which non-profit organizations have received funding to date, including, for each, the (i) name of the organization, (ii) amount provided, (iii) location, (iv) project description; (e) what are the details of the non-profit grant component of this fund, including the amount of funding available and the criteria; and (f) once a non-profit has submitted the required paperwork, (i) what is the timeframe to receive confirmation of approval, (ii) how long does it take after approval to access the allocated funding?
