With regard to expenditures made by the government, broken down by department, agency or other government entity: (a) what were the total expenditures between March 22 and March 31, 2025, on (i) materials and supplies (standard object 07), (ii) acquisition of machinery and equipment, including parts and consumable tools (standard object 09); and (b) what are the details of each expenditure in (a), including, for each, the (i) vendor, (ii) amount, (iii) date of the expenditure, (iv) description of the goods or services provided, (v) delivery date, (vi) file number?

With regard to expenditures on artwork by the Privy Council Office, the Office of the Prime Minister, or any other government entity renting or purchasing artwork for any office or residential location used by the Prime Minister, his office or the Privy Council Office since January 1, 2025: (a) what was the total expenditure on artwork; (b) what was the total expenditure for the purchase of artwork; (c) what was the total expenditure for the rental of artwork; (d) what are the details of all contracts for the purchase of artwork, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) amount, (iii) vendor, (iv) description of the artwork, (v) location where the artwork is displayed; and (e) what are the details of all contracts for the rental of artwork, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) amount, (iii) vendor, (iv) description of the artwork, (v) location where the artwork is displayed, (vi) rental period, (vii) monthly or yearly cost?

With regard to government expenditures on travel, hospitality and conferences: (a) what was the total amount spent on (i) travel, (ii) hospitality, (iii) conferences, broken down by each department, agency or government entity, broken down by year since January 1, 2022, including the current year to date; (b) what specific spending reduction measures or actions, if any, is the government implementing to lower their (i) travel, (ii) hospitality, (iii) conference, expenditures in the current year and in the future, as a whole-of-government approach, and broken down by the approaches taken by each individual department, agency or other government entity; and (c) for each measure in (b), how much annual savings is the government projecting as a result?

With regard to the government's military spending since 2015: what are the annual amounts of investments and purchases of goods and services, broken down by province and territory?

With regard to the $2,896,336 in costs attributed to the consulate in Milan by Global Affairs Canada in the period from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2025: (a) what was the address of the consulate during this period; (b) who was the beneficial owner of the property; (c) what are the reasons for the payments made; (d) what is a breakdown of the costs by purpose, function or category; (e) what, if any, audit was conducted on the expenditure of funds; and (f) who in Global Affairs Canada approved the expenditure?

With regard to the $759,179 in costs attributed to the Honorary Consulate in Suva, Fiji, by Global Affairs Canada in the period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2025: (a) what was the address of the consulate during this period; (b) who was the beneficial owner of the property; (c) what are the reasons for the payments; (d) what is the breakdown of the costs by purpose, function or category; (e) what is the departmental policy on payments for upgrades, refits or renovations to the honorary consul's property; (f) what, if any, audit was conducted on the expenditure of funds; and (g) who in Global Affairs Canada approved the expenditure?

With regard to the Department of National Defence and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization definition of defence expenditures as "payments made by a national government specifically to meet the needs of its armed forces or those of its allies": for each of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 fiscal years, what are the expenditures from eligible Other Government Departments included in Canada's defence spending calculations, broken down by (i) department, (ii) type or category of expenditure, (iii) dollar value?

With regard to government expenditures on hospitality (Treasury Board Object Code 0822 or equivalent), broken down by department or agency, and by fiscal year since 2021: (a) what was the total amount spent on hospitality; and (b) of the expenditures in (a), what value was spent (i) in Canada, (ii) outside of Canada, in total and broken down by country?

With regard to Treasury Board Vote 5 - Contingencies for the 2024-25 fiscal year: what is the total amount allocated and expended under Vote 5, broken down by department, agency and Crown corporation, and for each department, agency and Crown corporation, what is the (i) purpose, (ii) total amount, (iii) date of the expenditure?

With regard to government spending since the current Prime Minister was sworn in on March 14, 2025: (a) what is the total amount of spending by the government since March 14, 2025, that was in direct response to United States President Donald Trump and the impact of his trade policies; and (b) what is the itemized breakdown of (a)?

With regard to expenditures by government departments or agencies on cloud services, broken down by fiscal year since 2021-22: (a) what was the total amount spent on cloud services from (i) Amazon, (ii) Amazon Web Services, (iii) Microsoft, (iv) Google; and (b) broken down by vendor in (a)(i) to (a)(iv), what is the nature and criticality of the government functions and data that rely on their cloud services?

With regard to the Interim Housing Assistance Program and its expenditures for each fiscal year since 2019: (a) what were the total annual expenditures under the program, broken down by (i) federal contributions, (ii) provincial or territorial contributions, (iii) municipal contributions; (b) what percentage of total expenditures under the program was allocated to (i) operating costs for interim housing facilities, (ii) payments to third-party service providers, (iii) administrative costs, including oversight and claims processing; (c) how many individuals received interim housing assistance under the program, broken down by (i) province or territory, (ii) gender, (iii) age group (under 18, 18-64, and 65+), (iv) immigration stream or program of entry; (d) what was the average duration of stay in interim housing facilities for individuals under the program, broken down by province or territory; (e) broken down by fiscal year, (i) what is the name of every facility participating in the program, (ii) who is the beneficial owner, (iii) what is the street address, city, province or territory, and postal code, (iv) what is the total capacity, (v) what is the corporate name of the entity managing or owning each location, if any; (f) how many housing units or spaces were added to the program inventory; and (g) what steps have been taken to track and report outcomes for individuals and families receiving interim housing assistance under the program, including their transition to longer-term housing solutions?

With regard to government expenditures on and sponsorship of the 2025 Formula 1 Grand Prix in Montreal, broken down by department or agency: (a) how much was spent sponsoring the event; (b) how many tickets were provided to the event as part of the sponsorship deal; (c) who was given and who used the tickets provided; (d) how much did the government spend purchasing tickets to the event and how many tickets were purchased; (e) for each ticket purchased in (d), who used the ticket; and (f) were any government members or officials gifted tickets to the event, and, if so, who received the tickets and from which entities?

With regard to Public Services and Procurement Canada services and disbursements in relation to Correctional Service Canada’s penitentiary agribusiness at Collins Bay and Joyceville Institutions: (a) since 2018, broken down by fiscal year, what is the total amount billed by Public Services and Procurement Canada for all services and disbursements to date; (b) of the Public Services and Procurement Canada services in (a), broken down by fiscal year, what is the total amount for (i) goat procurement and tender services, (ii) goat and cattle barn design and tender services, (iii) project management services, (iv) all other fees and additional services; and (c) of the Public Services and Procurement Canada disbursements in (a), broken down by fiscal year, what is the total amount for (i) architectural services, (ii) geotechnical and engineering services, (iii) project management services, (iv) all other specialist and consultant services, (v) construction, (vi) all other disbursements?
