With regard to government participation in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization: what are the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's specific requirements for membership (required stockpiles of ammunition, readiness, capability, etc.) and what is Canada's status with regards to each requirement?

With regard to the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces: (a) which projects are being considered to fulfill the North Atlantic Treaty Organization 2025 Hague summit agreement to spend 1.5% of gross domestic product annually on defence to protect; and (b) of the projects in (a), which ones are (i) for critical infrastructure, (ii) for defence networks, (iii) to ensure civil preparedness and resilience, (iv) to innovate and strengthen the defence industrial base?
