With regard to federal housing programs: (a) since 2015, broken down by year, province, program and units, how many social housing operating agreements receiving federal funding (i) were active on January 1st for each year, (ii) have ended, (iii) have been renewed; (b) since 2015, broken down by year, province, program and units, how much federal funding has been provided through social housing operating agreements; (c) broken down by province and program, how many units of social housing under the National Housing Strategy (i) are expected to be built, (ii) have finalized agreements and (iii) have conditional commitments; and (d) broken down by year and program, how many units of social housing have been built since 1946?

With regard to all federal funding committed to the creation and maintenance of housing stock in the Yukon broken down by fiscal year since 2015-16: (a) what is the total amount committed; (b) what was the total amount spent; (c) how much new housing stock was created in the Yukon; and (d) what are the government's projections on the number of housing units that will be built in the Yukon by 2030?

With regard to federal housing investments for Indigenous housing since February 1, 2006, broken down by province and territory, year, and Indigenous identity (Inuit, Métis, First Nation): (a) how many homes has the government built; (b) how many homes has the government built for the Métis Settlements; (c) how many total units have they identified are in need of repair, replacement, or are overcrowded; and (d) how many total units have they identified are in need of repair, replacement, or are overcrowded for the Métis Settlements?

With regard to all federal funding committed to the creation and maintenance of housing stock in the Northwest Territories, broken down by fiscal year since 2015-16: (a) what is the total amount committed; (b) what was the total amount spent; (c) how much new housing stock was created in the Northwest Territories; and (d) what are the government's projections on the number of housing units that will be built in the Northwest Territories by 2030?

With regard to the $4 billion in budget 2022 to accelerate work in closing Indigenous housing gaps: (a) what are the details of all funding allocations to support First Nations housing on reserves, including (i) name of government or project supported, (ii) amount of funding delivered, (iii) amount of units built; (b) what are the details of all funding allocations to support housing in First Nations Self-Governing and Modern Treaty Holders communities, including (i) name of government or project supported, (ii) amount of funding delivered, (iii) amount of units built; (c) what are the details of all funding allocations supporting housing in Inuit communities, including (i) name of government or project supported, (ii) amount of funding delivered, (iii) amount of units built; and (d) what are the details of all funding allocations for housing in Métis communities, including (i) name of government or project supported, (ii) amount of funding delivered, (iii) amount of units built?

With regard to the $4 billion in budget 2022 to accelerate closing Indigenous housing gaps, and broken down by fiscal year: (a) what is the total amount of funding given to (i) Indigenous governments, (ii) Indigenous non-profits or not-for-profit housing providers, (iii) for-profit housing providers, (iv) individuals to support housing projects; and (b) what is the total amount of lapsed spending for each fiscal year this funding was made available?

With regard to on-reserve housing funding provided by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC), broken down by province or territory and fiscal year since 2015-16: (a) what measures and resources have ISC allocated to streamline and expedite the application and approval process for building new housing; (b) what indicators do ISC use to ensure consistency in processing times across regions, considering the varying nature of projects and community-specific needs; (c) broken down by A-base stream funding and targeted funding, what is the average number of days for ISC to (i) acknowledge receipt of an application for funding, (ii) review an application, (iii) approve an application, (iv) deliver funding, (v) begin construction; and (d) in cases where multi-year plans or annual applications are submitted, what strategies are in place to minimize delays and ensure timely processing of funding applications?

With regard to surplus government buildings being converted to affordable housing: (a) what are the details of all buildings which have been sold by the government since November 4, 2015, including, for each, the (i) location, (ii) address, (iii) description of the building, including the square footage, (iv) buyer, (v) price, (vi) number of affordable housing units expected; (b) what are the details of all government buildings currently deemed to be surplus, including, for each, the (i) location, (ii) address, (iii) description of the building, including the square footage; (c) of the buildings in (b), which ones will be sold or used for the purpose of developing affordable housing; and (d) are there any other government buildings, not listed in (c), which the government is taking steps toward converting to affordable housing, and, if so, what are the details, including, for each, the (i) location, (ii) address, (iii) description of the building, including the square footage?

With regard to the residence located in Winnipeg previously known as Lions Place: (a) did the City of Winnipeg or the Government of Manitoba contact the federal government to request assistance in maintaining non-profit ownership of Lions Place; (b) what measures did the federal government undertake to assist, prevent or otherwise shape the sale of Lions Place to its purchaser, Mainstreet Equity; (c) what financing or support did the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) provide to the previous owner of Lions Place, Lions Housing Centres Inc., prior to its sale to Mainstreet Equity, broken down by year and dollar amount; (d) what financing or support did the CMHC provide to Mainstreet Equity to assist with its purchase of Lions Place, broken down by year and dollar amount; (e) did any CMHC board members recuse themselves from participating in votes or decisions surrounding the sale of Lions Place; and (f) since January 1, 2015, has any CMHC board member recused themselves from decisions surrounding the sale or purchase of a residential property?

With regard to Veterans Affairs Canada, to date: (a) how many purpose-built accessible and affordable housing units have been built or procured since November 1, 2019, to specifically address homelessness of former members of the Canadian Armed Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, broken down by year and by province or territory; (b) what are the median rents for the purpose built-housing units in (a), broken down by year and by municipality; (c) how many formerly homeless veterans received access to homes through the procurement of the purpose-built housing units in (a), broken down by year and by province or territory; (d) how were federal funds allocated to construct purpose-built affordable housing for veterans experiencing homelessness across Canada; and (e) is the government aware of how many veterans are currently experiencing homelessness in Canada, and, if so, what is the most recent count?

With regard to the housing crisis and affordable housing in Canada: (a) will the government commit to the recommendations of the Canadian Real Estate Association to (i) create a permanent national housing roundtable to bring together housing stakeholders in order to address the housing crisis through an inclusive, holistic approach that emphasizes collaboration, innovation and policy coordination, (ii) leverage federal infrastructure funding with municipal, provincial and territorial partners requiring the creation of more housing supply, (iii) develop a housing workforce immigration strategy to attract tradespeople from abroad while streamlining the immigration process for qualified professionals willing to work in the construction industry; and (b) how much funding for affordable housing has been distributed to the City of Windsor, Ontario, through federal government programs over the last five years, from January 1, 2018, through present, including (i) what federal funding programs were applied for, (ii) the amount of funding distributed, (iii) the list of specific projects funded, (iv) whether the funding was in the form of grants or loans?

With regard to the social housing needs in the territories of the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, since November 2015: (a) did the government conduct an audit in order to determine the social housing needs of each territory; (b) what were the results of each audit conducted in (a); (c) how does the government determine social housing needs in each territory; (d) how are social housing needs in (c) determined with respect to First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities; (e) what mechanism does the government have in place to ensure that First Nations, Inuit and Métis social housing needs are addressed on an equitable basis; (f) what is the average age of social houses, broken down by territory; (g) how many houses have been constructed in each fiscal year, broken down by territory; (h) what is the average occupancy per social housing unit; and (i) how many social houses have been constructed per territory that are now deemed uninhabitable?

With regard to the Village at Griesbach administered by the Canada Lands Company, since the acquisition of the property: (a) how does the Canada Lands Company define affordable housing for the purposes of this property and what is the associated dollar amount to be considered affordable for this project; (b) what is the number of units that are (i) under $600 per month, (ii) under $800 per month, (iii) under $1,000 per month, (iv) under $1,500 per month, (v) under $2,000 per month, (vi) over $2,000 per month; (c) what is the total number of units that meet the definition in (a) that are (i) planned, (ii) currently under development, (iii) completed; (d) what is the total number of units that do not meet the definition of affordable and are (i) in planning, (ii) currently under development, (iii) completed; and (e) what is the total amount of funding that has been (i) committed, (ii) finalized, (iii) advanced to the applicants?

With regard to all federal funding committed to the creation and maintenance of housing stock in Nunavut, broken down by fiscal year since 2015-16: (a) what is the total amount committed; (b) what is the total amount spent; (c) how much new housing stock was created in Nunavut; and (d) what are the government's projections for the number of housing units that will be built in Nunavut by 2030?

With regard to the government's National Housing Co-Investment Fund (NHCIF): (a) what is the total number and dollar value of housing projects resulting from the NCFI; and (b) for each project resulting from the NHCIF, what is (i) the status of their progress, broken down by the Canada and Mortgage Corporation's four tracking and reporting phases (conditional commitment, financial commitment, construction or repair underway, completed), (ii) the number of units, (iii) the federal funds committed, (iv) the partners' funds committed, (v) their location by municipality and province or territory, (vi) their location by federal electoral constituency, (vii) their project description, (viii) the date the application was submitted, (ix) the date the contribution agreement was signed?

With regard to the Rapid Housing Initiative: how much funding has been provided to date, broken down by municipality?

With regard to the National Housing Strategy, broken down by type of applicant (e.g. non-profit, for-profit, Indigenous organization), stream (e.g. new construction, revitalization), stage (e.g. letter of intent, finalized agreement, servicing), date of the submission, province, number of units, number of units for Indigenous households, whether or not construction has been completed, and the dollar amount (for grants and loans): (a) how many applications have been received under the National Housing Co-Investment Fund (NHCF) since 2018; (b) for NHCF applications that resulted in finalized funding agreements, what is the (i) length of time in days between their initial submission and the finalization of their funding agreement, (ii) average and median rent of the project, (iii) percentage of units meeting the NHCF affordability criteria, (iv) average and median rent of units meeting the affordability criteria; (c) how many applications have been received under the Rental Construction Financing initiative (RCFi) since 2017; (d) of the applications in (c) that resulted in loan agreements, what is the (i) length of time in days between their initial submission and the finalization of their loan agreement, (ii) average and median rent of the project, (iii) percentage of units meeting RCFi affordability criteria, (iv) average and median rent of units meeting the affordability criteria; (e) how many applications have been received for the Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) since 2020; and (f) of the applications in (e) that resulted in loan agreements, what is the (i) length of time in days between their initial submission and the finalization of their agreement, (ii) average and median rent of the project?

With regard to the government's National Housing Strategy: (a) what is the total number of housing units that have resulted from the strategy, broken down by program, funding envelope, and project; and (b) for each project in (a), what is the status of their progress, broken down by the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation's approach for tracking and reporting on a project through its four different phases, including (i) conditional commitment, (ii) financial commitment, (iii) construction or repair underway, (iv) completed?

With regard to government investments in housing, for each fiscal year since the introduction of the National Housing Strategy in 2017, broken down by province and territory: (a) what was the total amount of funding allocated to housing; (b) how many applications were received for (i) the National Housing Strategy (NHS) overall, (ii) the Affordable Housing Innovation Fund, (iii) the Rental Construction Financing Initiative, (iv) the National Housing Co-Investment Fund, (v) the Rapid Housing Initiative under the projects stream, (vi) the Rapid Housing Initiative under the major cities stream, (vii) the Federal Lands Initiative, (viii) the Federal Community Housing Initiative, (ix) A Place to Call Home, (x) the Shared Equity Mortgage Providers Fund, (xi) the First-Time Home Buyer Incentive, (xii) the NHS’s Solutions Labs Initiative; (c) of the applications under (b), for each funding program and initiative, how many were accepted; (d) of the applications under (c), for each funding program and initiative, what was the amount of federal funding allocated or committed; (e) of the amounts in (d) allocated in the Province of Quebec, for each funding program and initiative, what is the breakdown per region; (f) of the amounts in (b)(v), what is the breakdown per project and per region; and (g) of the applications in (b)(v), what criteria were used for project selection?

With regard to the Affordable Housing Fund, and its precursor, the National Housing Co-Investment Fund, broken down by year, by province or territory, and by type of end user (market housing developer, non-profit housing developer, municipality), between fiscal years 2017-18 and 2027-28: (a) how much funding has been allocated to the program; (b) how much funding has been committed; (c) how much funding has been transferred to the recipients; (d) how many units have been constructed or are expected to be constructed; and (e) how much has Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation spent, or is it projected to spend, administering the program?
