The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 1,500, for the study of the report of the federal electoral boundaries Commission for British Columbia 2022, be adopted.

Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, February 8, 2023, the committee resumed consideration of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for British Columbia 2022.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 11:49 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:54 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to the order of reference of Thursday, February 2, 2023, the committee resumed consideration of the report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Alberta 2022.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Report on the Report of the Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Alberta 2022".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than Monday, May 1, 2023, at 12:00 p.m.

It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

At 12:49 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
