Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 21, 2022, the committee commenced its Indigenous languages study.

Blaire Gould, Gerry Guillet and Chief Leroy Denny made statements and answered questions.

At 12:03 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Alexina Kublu and Ron Tremblay made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the committee adjourn for the Christmas holidays to allow members to travel to be with their families.

At 1:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
