Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 21, 2022, the committee resumed its study on improving graduation rates and successful outcomes for Indigenous students.

It was agreed, — That the clerk prepare and distribute a press release to local media outlets related to the committee’s upcoming trip to Cambridge Bay, Nunavut, Kugluktuk, Nunavut, and Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

The Minister made a statement and, with Gina Wilson, answered questions.

At 4:39 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Angela Bate, Dionne Savill, Rory O’Connor and Jonathan Allen answered questions.

At 5:34 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
