Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the effects of the withdrawn amendments (G-4 and G-46) to Bill C-21, An Act to amend certain Acts and to make certain consequential amendments (firearms).

Grand Chief Ken Kyikavichik and Chief Jessica Lazare made statements and answered questions.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:41 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Lynda Kiejko and Marc Renaud made statements and, with Emily Vallée, answered questions.

At 5:35 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
