Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, March 20, 2023, the committee commenced its study of toxic leak of tailings ponds.

Allan Adam, Martin Grygar and Billie-Joe Tuccaro made statements and, with Callie Davies-Flett and Melody Lepine, answered questions.

At 12:28 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Daniel Stuckless, Russell Noseworthy and Destiny Martin made statements and, with Margaret Luker, Timothy Clark and Martin Grygar, answered questions.

At 1:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
