Federal Government's Use of Technological Tools Capable of Extracting Personal Data from Mobile Devices and Computers
In accordance with its mandate under Standing Order 108(3)(h), your Committee has considered the Thirteenth Report of the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics - Federal Government's Use of Technological Tools Capable of Extracting Personal Data from Mobile Devices and Computers which was presented to the House of Commons on Thursday, October 10, 2024 during the 1st Session of the 44th Parliament.
The Committee has concurred in the findings of the Report.
In accordance with Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a comprehensive response to the Report.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No.1) is tabled.
