Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, the committee resumed its study of federal government's use of technological tools capable of extracting personal data from mobile devices and computers.

Sophie Martel and François Brisson made statements and, with Dave Yarker, answered questions.

At 12:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.
