Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, February 7, 2022, the committee resumed its study of Mandate Letters of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of International Development.

Motion

Stéphane Bergeron moved, — That after the Minister leaves, the questioning time be reset.

Debate arose thereon.

On motion of Rachel Bendayan, it was agreed, — That debate be adjourned until after the departure of the Minister.

The Minister made a statement and, with Marta Morgan and Kevin Hamilton, answered questions.

At 5:16, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
