Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, the committee resumed its study of Canada's diplomatic capacity.

The Minister made a statement and, with David Morrison, answered questions.

At 6:18 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:27 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 6:47 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 6:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the working calendar, for the period of February to June 2024, as amended, be adopted.

At 7:08 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
