Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, November 21, 2022, the committee commenced its study of the Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer's report on the research and comparative analysis on the Estimates of the Department of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs and the Department of Indigenous Services.

Yves Giroux made a statement, and with Mark Mahabir, answered questions.

At 5:37 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
