Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, November 30, 2022, the committee commenced consideration of Bill C-288, An Act to amend the Telecommunications Act (transparent and accurate broadband services information).

Dan Mazier made a statement and answered questions.

Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, October 5, 2022, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-244, An Act to amend the Copyright Act (diagnosis, maintenance and repair).

ORDERED, — That the Chair present a report to the House to request that the deadline provided for in Standing Order 97.1 to report Bill C-244, An Act to amend the Copyright Act (diagnosis, maintenance and repair), be extended.

On motion of Andy Fillmore, it was agreed, — That the committee proceed to sit in camera.

At 4:46 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:50 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The witnesses answered questions.

At 5:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
