Pursuant to the order of reference of Thursday, June 23, 2022, and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, September 22, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the hybrid proceedings.

Hon. Nathan Cooper, Siwan Davies, Matthew Hamlyn and David McGill made statements and answered questions.

At 11:55 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Hon. Mark Holland made a statement and answered questions.

The committee proceeded in camera to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $9,225, for the study of the hybrid proceedings, be adopted.

At 1:05 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
