Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on October 17, 2023, the subcommittee resumed its study of international disability-inclusive education.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 12:57 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:59 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to subcommittee business.

On motion of Anita Vandenbeld, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 25,000, for the study of disability-inclusive education, be adopted.

On motion of Anita Vandenbeld, it was agreed, — That, members of the subcommittee provide their proposed changes to the draft statement on the unlawful transfer of Ukrainian children to Russia by electronic mail to the clerk of the subcommittee; and that the clerk of the subcommittee be instructed to be publish the statement on the subcommittee’s web site when the final text has been agreed to.

At 1:01 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
