Minutes of Proceedings
Jason Jacques made a statement and answered questions.
It was agreed, — That discretion be left to the Chair and the clerk regarding the agenda for the committee meetings scheduled for Tuesday, September 25, and Thursday, September 27, 2025.
It was agreed, — That, when departmental officials are appearing before the committee to discuss any estimates, the Chief Financial Officer of the department also be invited to appear.
It was agreed, — That, when undertakings are given by witnesses at committee meetings to provide further answers to questions or follow up information, the witnesses be given three weeks to provide the committee with a written response, and, if a response is not received within the specified time that the committee invite the appropriate accounting officer to appear before the committee to explain why the information has not been provided in the time requested.
At 12:39 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
