[English]
Colleagues, we'll begin with the report of the subcommittee on agenda and procedure for the Standing Committee on Public Accounts.
The report is there before you. We met yesterday to consider the business of the committee and agreed, essentially, to two recommendations. They have to do primarily with establishing the timetable going forward into next month and tentatively into the post-break period.
I hope I'm not misrepresenting the way the committee presented it, but we would go into that first week in February with a continuation of the priorities as established by committee members. But that too is tentative, because we don't know whether we will have finished the work leading up to that. In the event that the committee does complete all of that work, in that first week in February we'll go to number five on the items we had identified.
That's really the sum total of the report, except that, as well, we undertake the study of the Public Accounts of Canada, which, as you know, were tabled some time ago.
That would be it.
Is there a motion to adopt? Moved by Mr. Kramp.
(Motion agreed to) [See Minutes of Proceedings]
The Chair: Wonderful. Unanimity prevails again. We start off on a great footing, just as we're about to enter the precipice. This is good.
Mr. Saxton, I love having you over to my right.
