Minutes of Proceedings
The Minister made a statement and, with the witnesses, answered questions.
At 3:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 3:12 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the Canadian response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Chair, in consultation with the clerks and analysts, assemble panels in preparation for the meeting scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2020; and that, to the extent possible, these panels consist of witnesses suggested by the recognized parties in the following sectors: poultry and eggs, the grain sector, and the meat processing sector.
At 4:09 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
