Garima Dwivedi, Eric Malara, Andre Arbour, Frances McRae, Goran Vragovic, Toby Hoffman, Stephen Scott, Christopher Duschenes and Selena Beattie made statements and, with Leane Walsh, Steve Watton, Yannick Mondy, Anna Dekker, Christine Jodoin, and Michael Morin, answered questions.

At 4:41 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:44 p.m., the sitting resumed.
