It was agreed, — That the First Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:
Your subcommittee met on Monday, September 22, 2025, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1. That witnesses be invited on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in relation to the review of the Conflict of Interest Act.
2. That the members of the committee submit their lists of suggested witnesses for the review of the Conflict of Interest Act at the first opportunity but, as per the terms of the motion adopted, not later than on October 1, 2025, and that based on the compiled list received, that a work plan be prepared.
3. That the committee dedicate up to ten meetings to the review of the Conflict of Interest Act, but that the study be extended after ten meetings if the committee deems it necessary.
4. That study of artificial intelligence begin at the conclusion of the review of the Conflict of Interest Act.
