Minutes of Proceedings
The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.
It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $1,500, for the study of workers in the seasonal industry and the Employment Insurance program, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That members of the committee send a preliminary list of witnesses on the study of Youth Employment in Canada to the clerk of the committee by Thursday, September 25, 2025. at noon, and that a more fulsome witness list on this study be sent to the clerk of the committee by Thursday, October 2, 2025, at noon.
It was agreed, — That the Chair be given discretions to convene meetings on the studies identified in the motion adopted on Thursday, September 18, 2025, based on the availability of witnesses or with instructions from the committee.
At 12:23 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
