The Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration met in camera at 9:20 a.m. this day, in Room 371, West Block, the Chair, Joe Fontana, presiding.

Members of the Committee present: Mark Assad, Yvon Charbonneau, Madeleine Dalphond-Guiral, Joe Fontana, Paul Forseth, Steve Mahoney, Inky Mark, Anita Neville, Jerry Pickard, David Price, Judy Wasylycia-Leis.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Benjamin Dolin; Margaret Young, Researchers.

Pursuant to its mandate under Standing Order 108(2) - The Committee resumed consideration of a draft Report on Regulations/Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

The Committee considered its draft report to the House.

At 11:55 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
