MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS

Meeting No. 1

Monday, February 10, 2003

The Subcommittee on the Estimates Process of the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates met in camera at 5:45 p.m. this day, in Room 269, West Block, the Co-Chair, Tony Valeri, presiding.

Members of the Sub-Committee present: Gilles-A. Perron, Gerry Ritz, Tony Tirabassi and Tony Valeri.

In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Philippe Le Goff, analyst.

It was agreed, - That the Subcommittee hold meetings at 5:30 alternating Mondays and at 5:30 every Wednesday.

It was agreed, - That the proposed work plan and witness list be adopted.

At 6:05 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
