Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the committee proceeded to a briefing with the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.

Vicky Eatrides made a statement and, with Scott Shortliffe and Scott Hutton, answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:39 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the committee commenced its study of Canada's underlying productivity gaps and capital outflow.

William Robson made a statement and answered questions.
