Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, the committee proceeded to a briefing on the threat analysis in the Euro-Atlantic and Indo-Pacific regions.

Ty Curran made two statements and, with MGen Robert Ritchie and Eric Laporte, answered questions.

At 10:17 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
