Wednesday, November 18, 1998
The Standing Committee on Natural Resources and Government Operations met at 3:40 p.m. this day, in Room 362, East Block, the Chair, Brent St. Denis, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Réginald Bélair, Gerry Byrne, David Chatters, Roy Cullen, Marlene Jennings, Ghislain Lebel, Carolyn Parrish, Carmen Provenzano and Brent St. Denis.
Acting Members present: John Williams for John Duncan.
In attendance: From the Library of Parliament: Jack Stilborn , Research Officer.
Appearing: The Honorable Marcel Massé, President of the Treasury Board.
Witnesses: From the Treasury Board Secretariat: Richard Neville, Assistant Secretary and Assistant Comptroller General, Financial Management Policy Sector & Expenditure Analysis and Operations Sector; Guy Bujold, Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services Branch; Linda Lizotte-MacPherson, Chief Information Officer.
