DEUXIÈME RAPPORT		SECOND REPORT
Conformément au paragraphe 108(3)(g) votre comité a étudié des questions touchant le chapitre 3, Programme de commandites, le chapitre 4, Activités de publicité et le chapitre 5, Gestion de la recherche sur l'opinion publique du Rapport de novembre 2003 de la vérificatrice générale du Canada qui ont été soulevées lors de la troisième (3^e) session de la 37^e législature, rapport intitulé Honoraires légaux des fonctionnaires appelés à témoigner. Le Comité a approuvé les conclusions de ce rapport, qui est annexé.		Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) your Committee has considered matters relating to Chapter 3, the Sponsorship Program, Chapter 4, Advertising Activities and Chapter 5, Management of Public Opinion Research of the November 2003 Report of the Auditor General of Canada raised in the Report of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts in the Third (3rd) Session of the 37th Parliament entitled Legal fees of public servants who have been called to testify. The Committee has concurred in the findings of that report, which is appended.
Nonobstant à l’article 109 du Règlement, le Comité demande au gouvernement de déposer une réponse globale au rapport dès que possible.		Notwithstanding with Standing Order 109, the Committee requests that the Government table a comprehensive response to the Report as soon as possible.
Un exemplaire du Procès-verbal pertinent (réunion n^o 2) est déposé.		A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 2) is tabled.
