(b) call on the government to withdraw its factum filed on September 17, 2025, with the Supreme Court contesting Quebec’s right to invoke the notwithstanding clause; and	b) demande au gouvernement de retirer son mémoire déposé le 17 septembre 2025 à la Cour suprême contestant le droit du Québec de se prévaloir de la clause de dérogation;
